How we came to these centers

We advised on both acquisitions before we leased either one. That order matters: the underwriting that decides whether a center works is the same analysis that fills it, and we were doing it on these assets before the first lease was signed. One of them is the building we work out of.

If you are a tenant, that means the person quoting you a rate has read the rent roll and knows which suites actually work for which uses. If you are an owner weighing an acquisition in this corridor, it is the same service, earlier in the timeline.

New to commercial terms? Our guide to lease structures explains NNN, full service and everything between, and how to compare quoted rates on equal footing.
